Entropia Exchange: How Shares Work and How to Earn Passive PED

Entropia Universe has transitioned from its old individual deed system to a unified Entropia Exchange — a proper share market built into the game client. If you previously held Calypso Land Deeds (CLD), Arkadia Underground Deeds (AUD), or other deeds, this is the system that has replaced them.

How to Access the Entropia Exchange

Right-click your wallet in-game and select Entropia Exchange. The interface shows two tabs: Holdings (what you own) and Market (what's available to buy and sell). The Market tab shows current sell offers sorted by unit price — the top offer is effectively the buy-now price.

Current Market Prices (March 2026)

Based on in-game data, current lowest sell offers are: Calypso Land Deed Trust at ~22.87 PED, Ancient Greece at ~8.55 PED, Crystal Palace Space Station at ~9.20 PED, New Treasure Island at ~8.58 PED, Rocktropia at ~44.24 PED, and Triton Industries at ~16.99 PED. Prices fluctuate — always check in-game before buying.

What Shares Are Available?

As of early 2026, the Exchange lists 12 tradeable shares: Ancient Greece, Calypso Land Deed Trust, Chikara, Crystal Palace Space Station, Genesis Star, Howling Mine, Hyperion Enterprises, New Treasure Island, Omegaton, Rocktropia, Secret Island, and Triton Industries. Each represents a stake in a planet, space station, or enterprise and pays periodic PED dividends from that entity's revenue.

Calypso Land Deed Trust — The Benchmark

CLDT is the most established and liquid share on the Exchange. Current community-tracked payout is approximately 0.04 PED per share per week. At a market price of ~22.87 PED, that works out to roughly 9.1% annual ROI — the strongest confirmed return on the Exchange.

Ancient Greece and Crystal Palace

Both pay approximately 0.01 PED per share per week. At current market prices (~8.55 and ~9.20 PED respectively), that equates to roughly 6.1% and 5.6% annual ROI. Lower entry cost makes these accessible for smaller budgets.

Unconfirmed Shares

Several newer shares — Chikara, Genesis Star, Howling Mine, Hyperion Enterprises, Omegaton, Rocktropia, Secret Island, and Triton Industries — do not yet have community-verified payout rates. Treat these as speculative until a payout history is established. The Planet Calypso Forum and Entropia Universe Reddit are the best places to track community payout reports.

Investment Considerations

The Exchange is not a guaranteed return — MindArk can adjust payout structures, and share prices fluctuate with supply and demand. Track actual payouts over several cycles before scaling up any position. Only invest PED you can afford to leave in the game long-term.
